Coachella 2025 also showcased the latest in festival swimwear trends: the bikini as a top.
With its prime location in the California desert, Coachella gets hot. Sporting a bikini and a pair of microshorts to rock out to your favorite songs just makes sense.

Coachella performers also took part in the trend. Becky G wore a sheer, deliciously ’90s rhinestone top over a black bikini, as well as a white, billowing bikini-inspired outfit that gave total beach goddess vibes on the Coachella stage.
Tyla also kicked off her first Coachella performance with a glitzy gold bikini-style bra top from Dolce and Gabbana.
While Coachella may be over, it definitely set the tone for a year full of bangers and bikinis.

Lorde just announced her fourth album, Virgin, coming out June 27. And we’ve already gotten a glimpse at what a legendary Lorde Summer has in store: killer tracks and itty bitty bikinis. During an impromptu concert in Washington Park, Lorde performed her new single while wearing a holographic triangle bikini top under a white button-down.
