Travel Diaries: Discover the Chicest Bikini and Swimsuit Labels I’m Packing for My Next Island Escape – Your Ultimate Beach Vacation Style Guide
Just got back from an island adventure on the sunny isle of Phuket, Thailand and I'm already daydreaming about my next summer escape. Honestly, can you blame me? Those swanky beach clubs and infinity pools were basically fashion runways, and I refuse to be caught in anything less than fabulous next time around. After careful "research" (okay, obsessive scrolling), here are the swimwear brands making it into my suitcase.
Bananhot
I literally bumped into someone wearing the MySwimLook certified favorite gold chain bikini while island-hopping off Phang Nga Bay. She was wading through crystal water, camera in hand, looking like she stepped straight out of a magazine shoot. That’s when I knew I had to have it. The gold chain detail perfectly highlights a sunkissed midriff, though admittedly, there are quite a few other styles on their website that I’m currently drooling over.

Isa Boulder
God, I'm such a sucker for anything with a lustrous, satin finish. Isa Boulder's pieces look like they were made for mermaids with pearlescent fabrics conjure visions of rippling blue waters. If you’re not into the whole "pastel mermaid princess" aesthetic, they've got bolder options in Lime and Tuscany that pop against tanned skin. If you're more about the cut than the shimmer, their matte collection comes in vibrant colors like tangerine, grape, and cherry.

Same Los Angeles
If there is one thing that the girls at the beach clubs in Bang Thao love, it’s a swimsuit with a not-so-subtle detail. So of course I had to find something with a similar vibe. Their Rosette collection is my new weakness, especially the gorgeous off-shoulder one-piece. They've got everything from bandeau tops to those 90s-cut bottoms everyone's obsessed with lately. My absolute favorite was their choker one-piece, which—surprise, surprise—is already sold out.

Missoni Swimwear
You can not turn around on a single beach in Southeast Asia without spotting the iconic Missoni waves. Something about those earthy, multicolor patterns speaks to the Y2K-loving soul, giving Missoni a significant leg-up in this trend cycle. If you're pattern-shy but still want the texture, their black or white pieces offer just a subtle nod to their signature style.

Good American
For flattering, wallet-friendly options, Good American just dropped their newest collection and I'm obsessed. From a luscious fuchsia satin with the cutest rose details on the straps to a dreamy sunset gradient available in both swimwear and sheer mesh cover-ups, it’s difficult to choose just one style. They've even got a vintage rose print and the trendy compression-style tops with square necks that have been absolutely everywhere lately.

I've already started making space in my luggage (and my budget) for at least three new pieces. But no matter what brands make the final cut, I'm making sure my swimwear game is as unforgettable as the destinations themselves. What swimsuit brands are on your vacation must-have list this season?
